I do tend to head straight for the
Hog Roast stall whenever I see one at an outdoor event. I adore the taste of hot fresh pork on a floured roll that comes with an apple sauce accompaniment. Throw in some crackling and I`ll be in seventh heaven as I chomp away on my tasty treat. Of course, the quality of the meat that is used for the roast will be important and this can vary from one butcher to the next. One thing that folks living down in Kidlington, Oxford can rely on is the quality of the meat from of their local butchers. Its little surprise really as this butcher has received accolades for their high level of customer service. In fact Woodlands have joined an elite bunch of butchers that are within the Q Guild. This means they excel in all areas of their business and you really can`t ask for more than that. If I was planning my own
Hog Roast down in Oxfordshire I`d be getting my pig from this highly respected butcher. I can visualise the meat rotating gently on the spit and can almost smell the wonderful aroma that would be wafting through the air. The next time I`m down in that neck of the woods I`ll be on the lookout for any
Hog Roast stalls that are selling hot pork rolls.

I love playing snakes and ladders with my daughter even if she does cheat every now and again. This type of board game can be great fun for all the family and we always have a good laugh every time that we play it. There`s a fabulous giant snakes and ladders board that can be bought and it can be used inside the garden. It comes from garden games collections and it really does look totally amazing. Instead of using playing counters as the pieces people actually get to be the counters and move around the board. When they reach a ladder they go up it and when they get to a slippery snake they have to slither to the bottom. I can imagine how much fun we would have with garden games just like this. Hours and hours and fun could be had by all when the snakes and ladders board came out. This isn`t the only game that can be bought to enjoy in the garden though. There are plenty more garden games to choose from and they induce squeals of delight from both children and their parents. A huge connect four board awaits anyone who is brave enough to step up to the challenge. Mum and dad will try to outfox their children but you can guarantee they`ll end up losing in the end. Glorious gardens can become hives of activities when the great garden games are being played.
